Noraya Usop Elias is a faculty member of the Science Department and the Senior High School Department of MSU-Malabang Community High School. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate of the Ph. D. in Life Science program of Kaohsiung Medical University, Taiwan where she is doing a phylogeography and evolutionary genomics research. She earned her Master of Science in Biology degree at MSU-IIT, Iligan City and finished her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education major in Biology at MSU Marawi.
