Asalan Mamiscal Bantuas graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, Major in Organizational Management and later a Juris Doctor from Mindanao State University. Allan, as fondly called to him by his friends, in 2004 served as Local Civil Registrar of the Municipality of Tugaya, Province of Lanao del Sur. In 2006, he had been designated as Human Resource Management Officer at the same Local Government Unit in a concurrent capacity. He then became Administrative Assistant II of MSU-Masiu Community High school for five years and by virtue of a Special Order No. 520, dated 24th day of August 2020 issued by the MSU System President, designated him as Liaison Officer of the same External Unit, under the Office of the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs of this University. He was later promoted to Registrar 1 at the Admission Office of Mindanao State University- Main Campus, Marawi City.
