Ashnor C. Mascara lives at Cawayan Linuk, Marantao, Lanao del Sur, Philippines. He is currently employed as Assistant Professor IV at the College of Public Affairs, Department of Public Administration. He has been designated as Coordinator manning the Extension Services Unit of the College of Public Affairs since 2022. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Public Administration – specialized in Local and Regional Government Administration and was awarded a distinctive honor of Magna Cum Laude at Mindanao State University – Main Campus, Marawi City in 2019.
