The Mindanao State University is delighted to announce that Ms. Fayzah Inshirah Cosna Alonto Ala, a junior Bachelor of Science in Development Communication student, has been awarded the Community Journalism Scholarship Grant from the Rosario Braid Scholarship Fund, Inc. (RBSFI).
Ms. Ala’s exceptional academic performance, particularly her achievement as the Top Student of the Junior class in the Communication and Media Studies Department, made her an ideal candidate for this prestigious scholarship.
RBSFI, a non-profit organization led by renowned writer, educator, artist, and communication expert Dr. Florangel Rosario Braid, provides support to promising young journalists and communicators who demonstrate outstanding potential in the field of media and communication.
Ms. Ala will receive a semestral grant beginning this first semester of the Academic Year 2024 to 2025. The university extends its heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Ala and wishes her continued success in her academic pursuits and future endeavors.
