Water Pump Stations and Water Supply Lines Inspection

Upon the instruction of MSU System President Habib W. Macaayong, DPA, the Motorpool and Water Supply Division (MWSD) headed by Director Sabdullah Macarambon inspected the Water Pump Stations and Water Supply Lines of MSU-Main Campus earlier today. This is to ensure that all offices and dormitories in the campus have regular water supply.

MSU-Main inaugurates new buses

Last October 16, 2017 despite heavy rain and a nationally-declared holiday, the inauguration of the two newly acquired 60-seater MSU buses pushed through at the MSU Convention Center.
“It took the discretion of Dr. Habib Macaayong to acquire new vehicles since the Mitsubishi Rosa Van in 1995,” said OP consultant Dr. Rebekah M. Alawi, in a speech she gave during the event.
According to Engr. Labimombao A.D. Macabando, Motor Pool and Water System Division Director, the guidelines of the bus usage are still the same as that of the van although “still subject to changes after the approval of the Academic Planning Committee.”

For student educational trips, a letter of request has to be submitted to the Motor Pool and Water System Division three months before the trip to allow the processing of a special travel order from the Office of the President. Along with the travel order, the itinerary and gasoline slip should then be ready one week before the trip.

Meanwhile, Dr. Habib W. Macaayong gladly announced that more vehicles are coming for each of the MSU colleges and offices.
