Goals

1. Consistency in compliance and completeness of matters as required by law in terms of the University Budget.
2. Commitment to transparency and proper accountability of authorized budget of the University.
3. Systematic process in the allocation of mandated allotments for the budget execution and implementation.
4. Reliability of financial and budgetary information anchored by the appropriate authority for the actualization of University policies and guidelines.

1. Timely accomplishments of budgetary requirements for annual budget proposals and other necessary needs to the University.
2. Proper substantial reporting, documentation and filing organization exercised by officers in the MSU Budget office as necessary on daily basis.
3. Assignment of responsible officers to function in the processing of expenditures for the regular budgetary execution and implementation.
4. Appropriate security of internal reports and other budget documents are completed to retain relevance and reliability of financial reports for the perusal of the top management.
