MSU-CHTM Pavilion Hall is a premier events venue nestled in the heart of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management. This elegant hall offers a unique blend of modern amenities and classic charm, making it an ideal setting for high-profile events, conferences, weddings, and other special occasions. This spacious venue is ideal for large gatherings and events. It can serve up to 300 guests with tables and chairs. With this year’s modernization program of MSU, the hall will be equipped with AV facilities with LED wall screen for better projection. It can host weddings, corporate functions, and cultural festivals, providing a versatile setting for diverse occasions. The pavilion is also suitable for exhibitions and trade shows, offering ample space and high ceilings to accommodate various displays.

(UC 4) – Non-MSU Users: BARMM offices, public/private schools, local government units, private/corporate individuals.
* The rates above are on a full day basis. Half rate is applied for half day bookings.
* Only printed email notifications are accepted as attachments to a duly filled booking form.
* Upon downloading the booking form, you agree to have read and agreed on the terms and conditions mentioned in the booking contract.
* After printing all forms, proceed to the facility in-charge for pre-booking details and signatures.
