Particularly, they cater to the needs of the clients of the MSU Pavilion and other extension services linked to the college in partnership with other entities, such as TESDA and others.

The former name of the MSU Pavilion at the CHTM was “Summit Inn”, which was established as the university’s first laboratory hotel and restaurant in order to supplement the theoretical knowledge of its students and provide actual exposure to the hotel and restaurant industry.
