The Operations Department of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management is tasked to provide necessary services in the areas related to kitchen, food and beverage, and housekeeping. Particularly, they cater to the needs of the clients of the MSU Pavilion and other extension services linked to the college in partnership with other entities, such as TESDA and others.
MSU Pavilion was previously known as “Summit Inn”
The former name of the MSU Pavilion at the CHTM was “Summit Inn”, which was established as the university’s first laboratory hotel and restaurant in order to supplement the theoretical knowledge of its students and provide actual exposure to the hotel and restaurant industry.
