MSHS Elects New Set of Officers
Alhamdulillah!
The MSU – Marawi Senior High School (MSHS) has elected a new set of officers yesterday, September 20, 2024, in a face-to-face election at the MSHS Annex rooms. The said election is the first face-to-face election held in quite a long time, as the elections in the past four years had been done online primarily due to health restrictions brought by the pandemic. Since 2022, the school has transitioned back into on-site and face-to-face conduct of events and activities.

Grade 11 and grade 12 students from all strands and tracks have elected a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, auditor, PIO, and strand and level representatives who will take on the task of working hand in hand with the school administration to bring the best to the whole student body.

Director Junaina M. Dimalna spearheaded the series of tasks as the over-all chairperson of the steering committee. Along with her is Ms. Omaimah K. Omar, the adviser of the SSC, who served as the vice chairperson of the elections proper committee. Other faculty and staff members also served in the elections through their respective committees.
Congratulations to the students for their first Senior High School face-to-face SSC elections and to the faculty and staff to their significant contributions from applications and screening up to the canvassing and proclamation of winners.
