Administrative Services Division (ASD) is responsible for a range of important tasks within the office. It oversees human resources management, including training and addressing employee concerns; ensures that office facilities are properly maintained, secure, and equipped; organizes and maintains various records; manages correspondence and scheduling; assists in policy development and implementation to ensure compliance, and provide technology support and project management expertise; facilitates effective communication between divisions; and implements safety and emergency preparedness measures to enhance processes and achieve organizational goals.
