Casmer Usman was born on May 28, 1969, in Sangcay Dansalan, Marawi City. From a young age, she demonstrated a strong passion for learning and acquiring knowledge. She attended Pilot Central Elementary School in Marawi City, excelling particularly in mathematics.
Throughout her academic journey, Casmer Usman displayed a keen interest in accountancy, which laid the foundation for her career. Upon graduating with a BS in Accountancy, she began her professional journey at Mindanao State University – Main Campus, where she distinguished herself as a Fiscal Examiner.
Casmer Usman’s career has been marked by roles such as Fiscal Examiner at the MSU Management Audit Office and SASE Campus Coordinator within the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs. Known for her diligence and thoroughness, she has earned recognition, including a nomination for the Rawaten Employee Award in 2023.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Casmer Usman finds joy in cooking and baking, striking a harmonious balance between career achievement and personal fulfillment.
