“Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it.” – Hellen Keller
I am Dayamon Tomawis Magdara- Mocsir. I was born on July 23, 1967 at Dilabayan, Taraka, Lanao del Sur. I am a Meranao, and a proud native of Marawi City and Taraka. My parents are Adawiya Tomawis and Magdara Macapasir. My children are Abdulbasit, Rayyan, Hidjarah, Juwayriyah, Mohammad Hisham, Norhashim, and Al-Sahaf. I am now working in Mindanao State University- External Units, and serves as the incumbent principal of MSU-Siawadato Community High School. My duties and responsibilities in the School are to teach, to supervise, and to exercise my administrative designation as the head of our School. I have many achievements since I started my schooling. They are too many to mention. Anyway, they can be seen in my Curriculum Vitae and Personal Data Sheet. I just love teaching. Even though I have many opportunities when I graduated, I chose to teach. Just like what they say, teaching is the most underrated yet the noblest of all professions. I believe that thru teaching, I can make great influence and impact on our youth. I have the chance to mold them according to accepted and God-centered ideologies.
