Biography

DR. AQUISAH SALIMA I. PANDA, LPT, Sh.L is a native of Lumbayanague Lanao del Sur. She finished her Undergraduate at Mindanao State University-Main Campus with the degree Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies Major in Shari’ah in 2014 as Cum Laude and was hired by the department on the same year. As a academician, she enrolled in Magna Carta in Mindanao Islamic Computer College where she garnered units on Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and take the Licensure Examination for Professional Teacher where she passed the said Exam. She furthered her study and finished her Master of Arts in Islamic Studies Major in Muslim Law with Best thesis Award and pursued her Doctor of Philosophy in Philippine Studies major in Mindanao Culture and Society and graduated as the youngest doctor of the Center. As a research enthusiast she have presented her researches in the National and International Conferences. Further, She is a member of the Integrated Shari’ah Bar of the Philippines, Inc. and the Association of Lady Shari’ah Counsellor-at-law in the Philippines and also a member of the Meranaw Cultural Heritage Center of the Mindanao State University.
