Faisana M. Sarilama is a faculty member of the Senior High School Department and  T.L.E Department of MSU – Tamparan Community High School. She finished Bachelor of Secondary  Education major in English at Mindanao State University, Marawi City (2014) and  Master of Arts in English Language Teaching (30 units) at Mindanao State University, Marawi City. She also passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers on August 2014 at Cagayan de Oro City.

Furthermore, she is also the attendance and research coordinator of MSU- Tamparan Community High School.
