Moomina M. Galanto completed her Bachelor of Science in Commerce in 1980 at the International Harvardian University located in Davao City. She has has been serving at the OIPP since 1982 where she began as a binder helper. Over the years, her dedication and hard work have earned them a promotion to the role of Administrative Aide IV in 2004, showcasing her growth and commitment. Currently, she is assigned to the making of the longest Mamandiang- a Meranaw decorative bunting that is made of beads and sequins. This role highlights her involvement in the preservation of cultural heritage.
