Muhammad Tawfiq C. Cali is a talented individual with a diverse background. He has completed his education, earning a degree in BS International Relations and a Certificate of Governmental Management at MSU-Main Campus. In terms of work experience, Cali has showcased his artistic abilities as a photographer and videographer. He has honed his skills in capturing moments, creating visual content, and conveying messages through the lens. Currently, he serves as the Senior Layout Artist of OIPP, where he utilizes his artistic expertise to craft visually appealing and engaging layouts for various projects. His dedication to his craft and his passion for visual storytelling make him a valuable asset in the field of photography, videography, and layout design.
