Ms. Sinbangan is a Licensed Professional Teacher who has been teaching English at MSU-UTC since 2014. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education Major in English from Mindanao State University Main Campus and her Master of Arts in English Language Teaching from the same institution. In addition to her work as an educator, Ms. Sinbangan has pursued her passions for baking and dressmaking. She completed the “Easy Baking Easy Cooking” course at FM Sur La Table Training Center, INC. and the dressmaking course at TESDA. Furthermore, with her expertise, she is designated as the new head of MSU-UTC English Department.
