Prof. Ralph S. Buca, MBM, is a highly accomplished educator and leader, renowned for his dedication to academic excellence and service. He is currently the College CWTS (Civic Welfare Training Service) Coordinator, where he guides students in developing a sense of community responsibility and nation-building.
Prof. Buca holds a Master in Business Management (MBM) from MSU-Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Entrepreneurial Marketing from MSU-Main Campus. His undergraduate journey was marked by exceptional achievements, including graduating Magna Cum Laude, being named College Performer of the Year, and receiving the Department Service Award. A consistent academic scholar and Dean’s Lister, Prof. Buca also earned recognition as a Two-time Chancellor’s Lister, highlighting his unwavering commitment to excellence.
His early educational milestones reflect his lifelong pursuit of distinction:

- Top 6, Deserving Student of the Year, Cabugo Elementary School.
Over his 10 years of service, Prof. Buca has served in pivotal roles, including:
- Special Assistant to the Office of Information, Press and Publication (OIPP).
- Special Assistant to the Entrepreneurship Training and Promotion Office (ETPO).
A passionate mentor, he also serves as the Faculty Adviser for MSU-Commuters Hardcore, a dynamic student organization committed to supporting the commuting student community.
