Sarifuden R. Mangcol is an Administrative Aide VI of the Institutional Research and Evaluation Office, designated as an Information Officer and a Licensed Professional Teacher. He is a graduate of a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Mindanao State University and earned units in the Certificate in Professional Teaching (CPRT) at Mindanao Islamic School.
For the past year, he has been a legal researcher at the Department of Agrarian Reform, a technical staff member, and a supply officer of the Task Force Bangon Marawi Field Office for the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Marawi, of which his actual duties and functions include the following:
1.) Draft and submit a resolution pertaining to land dispute cases;
2.) Oversee the accounting, storage, security, and documentation of all TFBM FO supplies and materials and their use; and
3.) Collect and submit bimonthly intervention reports to the central office from various organizations involved in Marawi’s rehabilitation and reconstruction.
