OUR HISTORY.
On August 31, 2017. the first ever university-run radio was launched whilst the Marawi Siege was raging in the background. The Mindanao State University Main Campus and the Radio Telecommunication Office considered it essential that a radio station be up and running when all the radio stations in Marawi City fell by the wayside due to the ongoing war. The escalating gun battle and aerial bombing did not prevent us from putting into operation the station with the objective of providing information as the war progressed and to keep students, campus residents and nearby communities abreast university happenings.

The be the most trusted and respected for our commitment in serving the MSU community and to develop a professional and dedicated team adhering to quality service and utilizing state of the art communication equipment to keep abreast of time in the age of globalization.
Mission:
The Radio and Telecommunication Office of the University 94.1 U FM station shall play a vital role in the field of voice and data communication and become a valuable part of not just the campus but the greater community.
