LOST AND FOUND SOLID GOLD BRACELET SOLVED BY SPECIAL CONCERNS OFFICE

At about 10:30AM of August 16, 2024, a solid gold bracelet was properly turned over to its rightful owner after it was surrendered by a tricycle driver, a certain Mohammad H. Esmail accompanied by certain Mr. Modaw Tumbaga who found the said item in his unit that was left behind by an MSU employee, a certain Norhaniza P. Guro.
