The Supply Management Division is mandated to provide and and deliver supplies, materials and equipment needed for the uninterrupted operations of the University.
Vision
The Supply Management Division (SMD) envisions to play vital role in preserving and improving the good image and prestige of the University.
This office aspires to attain administrative performance excellence in procurement and acquisition of supplies, materials and equipment by strictly enforcing University guidelines based on existing auditing and accounting rules, laws and procedures on procurement. It also envisions to adopt and update state-of-the-art procurement system and warehousing at par with international standards.
Mission
The Supply Management Division aims to provide excellent and effective delivery of supplies, materials and equipment for the use of the university; aims to maintain updated supply database and price index; aims to provide uninterrupted delivery of basic items for the daily operation of the University as a whole; perform as a frontline service provider; see to it all financial and procurement transaction are conducted above-board transparent, records and files of which are readily available per request.
